So glade I minted that Military Base and Law Firm cards the first one single-handedly earned back everything as it costs around 25k in the market and the 2nd one can lower taxes for the city.
Bidding on Advantagous cards
Aquiring these to get my city up and running with some homes and getting technology early since they were pretty cheap
Successfully bought some homes and attracted some people
As they say if you bid it they will come, after waiting for around a day my bids come through successfully for me which is pretty nice.

Goals
Lowering my people to hire to 0 by acquiring more homes for people to move in.
Acquiring the basic technologies from each tree and seeing what's next from there
Acquiring a bunch more cards to improve the city
