In 3 days, I received THREE notification from Spain's Tax Agency:

1. A fine for late payment will not be refunded
2. I overpaid taxes (by the fine amount) and will be refunded (?)
3. Notification that my taxes aren't yet paid...

GOSH SPAIN GET IT TOGETHER!
