Ecoline FUN!

HOLYMOLYPOLYNOLY! I am happy as Fuck! Yupp, I said it! I am dancing around like a little snek on speed! Or too much coffee but... WOW! I am so so happy with my new Ecoline inkts! I swear, I feel like working with GOLD and Diamonds! The colors are like super bright and you only need like a drop to create so much! The Canson paper also stole my heart! It's marvelous and I will order more in the future!



The ecoline had 5 basic colors! Black, Blue, Green, Yellow and Red! There is one more set with 5 mixed colors like purple and pink etc. These 5 mix well because I tried to make orange! Amazing!
The Carson paper: I have contacted the shop I bought it from because one block was not good! There is a cut through the whole block at the bottom and its about 10 centimeter. This means I can't fully use the paper of that block and I want it replaced! Other than that... WOW! Amazing paper for watercolors!

Some simple quick sillhoutte paintings I tried!

I did not spend a whole lot of time on the paintings to be honest. Most of my time was put in loving the bright colors! LMAO! I kid you not, I have been looking at them for hours! They make my heart happy! I used an extreme amount of water on one and the paper did not scream at me! Marvelous! The sillhouttes are made with the black inkt and as you can see, it covers it well.

Two more small paintings.

I am not the best when it comes to watercolors but I don't mind that fact one bit! I will learn and just wow, those colors! Who cares what the rest looks like right? ((Laughs and claps hands))
The pigment in these Ecoline colors are so amazing! I used around 4 drops of each color for 2 small paintings and I still had some left! Yes, the ecoline is not cheap but trust me, if you only need a few drops it will be cheaper in the end than when you but a knock off brand!

I need better tape.

The one thing I found out is that I need a better tape to keep my paper in place! As you can see at the last 2 small paintings.... I pulled either too hard or not fast enough or my tape sucks! BUT, these small paintings were just made for myself to try out the paint so, its not a big problem for me!
