There's an entrance across the Strip from Caesars Palace, and plenty of "free" parking in the rear... I haven't been on the Big Wheel yet, but I like going to the Area where the photo was taken... I believe it takes about a half hour to go all the way around... One of these nights, I'll probably take a ride and see the View...
