Well... We the People have been using two US Dollars... The Fiat Dollars, are owned by the Central Bank Owners and the other Dollars are owned by "We the People" which are being used to "make change" for the Fiat Dollars owned by the Central Bank Owners... I assume you're writing about Fiat Dollars, so I consider a Strong Fiat Dollar to be a bad thing, that needs to be "Removed and Replaced" as soon as possible...
