My goal isn't to make the Fiat Dollar strong or week... My goal is to create a "Stable" Dollar that is backed by "Circulating" Silver and Gold "Coinage"... In other words, I think a Stable Dollar is much better than a Strong or Week Dollar... Trust the Plan...
