Every one that has already been Minted, allows the U.S. Treasury to issue or back an equal amount of Paper Coinage, Electronic Coinage and Common U.S. Coinage, based on their Weight... People won't need to turn them in, but if they do, they will be offered Silver and Gold Coins with Corrected Face Values...
