As per my "Fine Turned" version of what's to come, a one ounce U.S. Silver Eagle Bullion Coin if you still have one when Phase 3 is announced, can be turned in for "Two" 1/2 ounce $100 Silver Coins that will have the Spending Power of 20,000 of today's Fiat USD's... That's if you still have one... You'll be able upgrade along the way... So you can, but you won't have to hold on to the Bullion Coin...
