The Headline makes total sense to me... The Central Banks are "Prepping" by buying up Silver and Gold, so that they can Sell it to the U.S. Treasury for "our" New Product Line of "Circulating" Silver and Gold Coins... They're probably keeping Silver under their hats for obvious reasons to me...
