The Central Bank Owners (in my opinion) are trying to Drain Everyone's Savings, so that they can buy up our Silver and Gold "cheap"... People are forced to Sell their Silver and Gold when times are hard... Expect to see hard times while our Silver and Gold Assets are being Drained...
