I think it has to do with being on mobile. I don't think keychain is even set up on mobile. I just went to my iphone, went to safari where I know there is no keychain, and the buttons still show up and act like it is useable. It works fine on google chrome on my computer to use keychain, so i'm just guessing that is the issue for most mobile browsers right now?
