I agree. Always behind any idea that goes towards promoting ownership over renting, even if only in a small way.

Instead of cards that are listed at under 1 DEC being cancelled at 60 days, I would suggest they are converted to 1 DEC instead, just to prevent the people having to repay the listing fee.
