I only manage to reach 3000 activity count today but it was sad that the error message keep pop out when i try to post from the actifit apps on my phone . I dont really know what happen but i think i have try to post it around 9 times and at the end i just give up to post my yesterday activity .
I try to sleep but the error message keep come into my mind , and this make me posting from here . Anyway , i ll try to post it again tomorrow after doing my core exercise .
