Yeps , i did it more than 5000 activity point again. Im glad that i manage to run on thread mill for around 30 minutes after helping transferring washing machine from my home to hometown in the afternoon. I think i ll get more activity point if i own fitbit (im planning to own from the reward here)
Im doing another extra miles doing simple yoga move today. I didnt get the perfect pose but i believe i ll manage to do it in future.
Anyway, its already midnight here . Wish you have a good rest tonight and see you again tomorrow.
