I live in the USA and feel all real estate is over inflated.

I am looking at buying property out of the country.

But I agree that getting more physical assets is a good investment. A lot of us live in the digital world but the "BIG MONEY" is still IRL.

I actually think there is going to be some STEALS in commercial real estate in the next 6 months.
