Hey man, lots of factors to consider but the most important one in my view is that the DEC daily prize pool is based on the price of DEC. The pool is devided amoung active users. 1 million DEC x the price of DEC / buy the active users. So when it was 0.007~ there would have been ~7mil DEC in the prize pool, now the prize pool is 0.005~ so thats ~5mil prize pool with active users increasing everyday. This results in less to go around, Hope that makes sense :)
