How is PLATFORMS asset different from others?
An equal advantage for all owners
Firstly we would like to share that as owners of the Platforms community, we do not hold an insane amount of assets and therefore do not have any significant advantage over you as a regular token holder. As owners, we receive 400 PLATFORMS as a reward for our monthly contributions. Everything else we own we have purchased.
Monthly Steem income from Platforms profits
Another great advantage of holding PLATFORMS is that you get monthly earnings or dividends if you want to call it that, from the profits of all projects that we worked on during the month as well as from what we make on posts on the @Platforms blog. 40% of what we make when we take on projects is distributed to PLATFORMS token holders as well as 20% of the SBD earned from posts on the Steem blockchain. These dividends are paid out in STEEM at the end of each month. The amount is distributed to you in proportion to the amount of PLATFORMS token that you hold. Early stake in new assets
We recently stated in our post Free Assets for holding PLATFORMS that we will be giving away free assets to the holders of our PLATFORMS token. When we work with a community and create an asset for them if we think the project is profitable and has great potential we will give you an opportunity to get a headstart in the community by giving away some tokens to you for free.
