Thank you for getting the community going! Now I just need to remember to post from it, haha. I do love some yummy vegan burritos. I keep meaning to jump back on the Vegan Wednesday bandwagon myself. Also enjoyed adding it to my weekly posts along with #fruitsandveggiesmonday, so perhaps one of these days I can get back in the routine of joining in on both!
