There's an amazing local vegan cookie baker who has a whole selection of sandwich cookies, including the classic oatmeal creme pie. Sadly, she closed down early on when things were first starting to lock down, and I can only hope she'll be back open at some point so I can buy ALL the cookies. I had only just tried the nutter butter one that was my sugary spirit animal. I suppose I might just have to dust off the baking skills and give these a try because they are a family fave in my neck of the woods, too. Thanks for sharing!
