What an interesting plant! The flowers are beautiful. What kind of fruit does it bear? I am aware that there is a similar plant (Agave sisalana), which bears a fruit similar to capers, and can be pickled or stewed, with tomatoes, onions, and chili peppers. What is the scientific name of this?
