Seriously though, thanks for sharing this, @daltono It's never an easy task to see this issue - in others or in yourself - and to see such a common sense approach is both positive and refreshing. Starting to moderate is a good first step, followed very quickly by remembering that it's going to be two steps forward, two (or maybe more) steps back for a while.
