It's been less than two weeks since Ben and I tested positive for Covid-19, and thank goodness it's the Omicron strain!

Here's a link to that post: What a week!

It's still hit us both, and although Ben is healthy and robust, he's felt it...As I'm high risk, I'm having a tougher time getting through.

The past couple of days I've struggled with shortness of breath and that nasty burning sensation in my lungs. It's eased a little this evening, making me glad, as I really don't want to end up in hospital, as this is where we caught the dreaded lurgy in the first place!

It gives me hope that I might be coming out the other side of it now, as long as I don't overdo things!

My biggest concern going forward is that I've got no voice! It's squeaky and croaky at the same time (I hope that makes sense) and totally unlike my usual dulcet tones that you will hear on the reviews. Luckily, we don't have a car on review this week or next week, as we cancelled it due to isolating.

I'm really hoping that my voice comes back soon...Do you have any tried and tested remedies that will help my voice come back?
