As with all the cars we review, there are a number of things that stand out about the new MG HS PHEV.
You may recall that we had the MG HS on review in 2019:
This was the model that replaced the GS, and it was a statement mid sized SUV that was choc full of safety, tech and luxurious touches. We have the Exclusive on review.
This new plug in version is that car, with hybrid power!
It gives great fuel economy - we got over 95 mpg with Ben driving it (cue the shock and awe)
Other features that stood out were the sky roof, the power tailgate and how much room you have inside it - making it perfect for family adventures in the holidays (lockdown rules permitting, of course)
One of our favourite features is MG Pilot. This high-tech drivers assistance gives you heaps of safety features, including:
Active Emergency Braking
Adaptive Cruise Control
Traffic Jam Assist
Pedestrian and Bicycle Detection
and the list goes on....
All of this for just under thirty two and a half thousand pounds - including a seven year warrantu - means you get a heck of a lot of car for your money.
