Week of 04/08/19 to 04/14/19
Second week April results are in for the top 20 domain name sales reported by namebio.com and I'm seeing one name in particular that I'm a big fan of. ride.co. That's such a great domain in my opinion and I'm actually a bit surprised it didn't go for more money. Not that $12K is anything to scoff at but I'm familiar with Grit Brokerage and know that they've pulled in some much bigger numbers in the past for short single word .co domains like this. It could be that the seller just wanted a minimum of 10k and to move on, who knows!? Either way, that's a great domain! Congrats to both parties!

About the Names
Today's list contained 12 .com domains, 3 .org, 1 .de, 1 .co, 1 .app, 1 .net, and 1 .ch.
I already mentioned that I love ride.co but there are a few other domains on this list that are good. I like office.org, onebank.com, and saycheese.com. I am not typically a fan of .net but I have to say that butterfly.net is a pretty good domain name. I would invest in that kind of keyword .net and to see the final sale price go at auction up around 10k shows that solid .net domains still have value.
