If you are a fan on Inside (as I am too!) you definitely need to play Limbo. It's the first game that playdead made before Inside, which I'm guessing you already know but thought I should mention it just in case. I liked Rime too, but I agree it's a short game.

Other games you might want to consider are Hue, which is a fun and distinct artistic puzzle adventure, and maybe check out Blasphemous which is more of a Metroidvania pixel art style game but super fun!
