Interesting review! I have had these a few times now, and I think they're quite tasty. You should try their bratwursts if you get a chance!

As for your comments on imitating meat, I tend to agree. I get why they do it, but like you think they should just make a great tasting veggie burger and not focus SO much on trying to be a 'meat alternative' burger.
