It's February 7th today and out here in Seattle we've been paid a little visit from Old Man Winter. We hadn't gotten graced by his presence for this winter season yet. Until now!

Of course we started warming up right after and were able to melt some of the snow away, but that quickly turned to ice upon nightfall when Old Man Winter turned down the temps!
We're not really equipped for this type of weather out here, so ice remains prevalent and creates quite dangerous conditions with all the hills we have.

Now it's been clear for a few days and slowly we're melting away the ice during the day. However, rumors of a surprise winter storm are brewing.
I took the moment to thank Old Man Winter for stopping by the Pacific Northwest.
