I suspect everything is not yours ..

shown in the camera settings you display ..

on the 55-250mm lens it's not a kit lens .. but a canon telephoto lens ..

then on the ISO and Speed and F settings ...

If you use ISO 100 with a speed of 2000 / sec, the result will be dark and not bright like in all your images ..
