Today, after I dropped my child off at school I went to buy ingredients for cooking at the market. It is a market which is open only on Thursdays. which is close to the district office Just next to my child's school.
I often come to buy fresh vegetables, fruits, and seafood because here they are fresh and there is a lot for me to choose from. I had to drive and park in front of the district office, which has wide parking, but it's a bit of a walk to reach the market area. Consider walking to exercise. Today there is light sunshine and the weather is very nice.
The market here is very wide. Will be divided into several zones. For the story in this post I will take everyone to see the "Vegetable Zone" where there are many shops selling fresh vegetables for everyone to choose from. There are local vegetables that the villagers grow and sell themselves. They are inexpensive and fresh. Today I bought some vegetables. Enough to cook 2 meals because here I can easily buy various vegetables. Whether it is the district market which is open every day or in the supermarket.

สวัสดีค่ะเพื่อนๆชาวไทยทุกคน วันนี้โรงเรียนของเด็กๆเปิดเรียนตามปกติ หลังจากหยุดช่วงน้ำท่วมติดต่อกัน 5 วัน หลังจากส่งลูกที่โรงเรียน ฉันก็ไปซื้อของที่ตลาด วันนี้เป็นตลาดนัดวันพฤหัสบดี ชาวบ้านที่นี่เรียกสั้นๆเป็นภาษาใต้ว่า หลาดหัส ซึ่งอยู่ใกล้กับที่ว่าการอำเภอ ถัดจากโรงเรียนของเด็กๆไปนิดเดียว ฉันมักจะมาซื้อของสดประเภท ผัก ผลไม้ อาหารทะเล เพราะที่นี่ของสดและมีให้เลือกเยอะ จะเปิดสัปดาห์ละครั้งคือวันพฤหัสบดี ฉันต้องขับรถไปจอดที่หน้าว่าการอำเภอ มีที่จอดรถแน่นอน แต่เดินไกลสักหน่อยกว่าจะถึงบริเวณตลาด ถือซะว่าเดินออกกำลังกาย วันนี้มีแดดอ่อนๆ อากาศดีมากๆ ตลาดที่นี่กว้างมาก จะแบ่งเป็นโซน สำหรับเรื่องราวในโพสนี้ ฉันจะพาเพื่อนๆ ไปชม โซนผัก ที่นี่มีร้านผักให้เลือกเยอะ มีผักในท้องถิ่นด้วยค่ะ ชาวบ้านปลูกเองขายเอง ราคาไม่แพงและสด วันนี้ซื้อผักนิดหน่อย พอได้ทำอาหารสัก 2 มื้อ ที่นี่หาซื้อของสด ผัก ผลไม่ได้ง่ายเพราะฉันต้องออกจากบ้านเข้าตัวอำเภอทุกวัน ถ้าไม่ได้ไปตลาดนัด ก็ซื้อที่ตลาดสดซึ่งเปิดทุกวัน หรือในซุปเปอร์มาเก็ต
