The start of this week was a little bumpy & reflective...on the verge of a losing a long time friendship opened my eyes to a few epiphanies that morning. Losing a cherished bond is never easy but when the vibration is a bit off, something's got to give.
As I talk about this, the reflections morph into the meaning of authenticity; what it means to be authentic & walking in your truth. So many of us hide aspects of who we are in fear of being judged.
