Oh yes, the energies have been in high gear in the ebb & flow state....there are times I feel very energetic & aligned & other times, I feel drained & emotional. I guess that is part of life, too - a beautiful chaotic mess ha ha....

Just remember to take care of yourself, as I mentioned in the video! That is super important.
