I realized that if I take the approach of water, (Fallin rain makes small water channels go into bigger ones, go into river, going into ocean.) With patience and persistence, I would be able to naturally grow with all implications that carries with it.

THIS. I totally resonate with this mindset. While I do encounter resistance within myself at times (call it being human! LOL), I do have this similar approach. When we go with the flow, things are somewhat easier, smoother & even bring in better things for us. So good on you for recognizing that!
