Ha ha yes, I relate to that for sure! I LOVE being in our Fam's streams & offering support. But it's important we take care of ourselves & set boundaries. It doesn't mean we aren't supportive; we just have to choose what works for us! We are much better to be there for others if we keep our energy tanks full. :) 💚
