It's not about who you are in the real world, it's about what you are doing on the blockchain, how you interact with others, how you present yourself.

This is SO true! As you said, the crypto world can be like the Wild West, brutal & unapologetic in the scamming that takes place...it can be a very frightening place for people just dipping their toe into it for the first time if they have no one to guide them or even know what they are getting into. (And yes, I get those thrilling DM spams every day, too! I almost wonder if something is wrong if I don't! LOL) That's why it is always important to DYOR, regardless of what crypto endeavor we decide to participate in...

I love #HIVE for the reasons you said - trust & transparency. We can feel more confident in investing in a project like liotes@liotes because we are familiar with the people or accounts behind it. Like yourself, I am invested in this project (as well as several others), because the likelihood of that trust being broken is minimal...

If there was more of a direct approach in the crypto playing field (i.e. account names vs. anonymous addresses), it would be a much more user friendly place & imho, more people would embrace crypto as a part of the present & future.... it is time to have more places like HIVE...
