Reaching a pivotal point this morning, it dawned on me what an impact the social media detox I did in June had. Sometimes, we don't notice changes in our day to day life until we look back in hindsight.

This morning I share my reflections with you to help you gain perspective on social media as a whole & to break out of the "FOMO" mentality. As you will see, I even have an epiphany right in the middle of the video ;). Sometimes, the Universe never ceases to amaze me. 💖
