Nothing is more annoying than having to deal with mold. There are so many forms, but the most dangerous is dry mold, due to it becoming airborne if touched. The best way to remove it, is hire a company who is trained to get rid of it. Many people think bleach kills it, but it doesn't kill it totally. The bleach just masks the look. I noticed that many places have the musty mold smell, when they live close to water. Out here on the West Coast, the mold grows more rampant. The best way to keep your bathrooms mold free, is to run the fan in it for at least 10-15 minutes, after showering. Windows in bathrooms are the worst ideas ever. It leads to more moisture, due to the glass. Sure, they add a nice touch, but not a good idea, unless you are the builder, who just wants more money.
