I come back today with the second speed painting of the challenge.

I tried to work on the rocks but that's definitely a tricky subject to paint for me lol.

Process

I started with the major tones of the sky and ground.

Then putted the different layers of mountains.

Then I had snow and shadows effects.

The same goes for the next layer. It was difficult for me to know how much detail to put in without losing the readability of the forms. I thought my painting was not graphic enough. I also didn't like the textures I used (it was just the basic brush, because I was on a tablet)

So... rocks needs more work and studies :D
