This folk band from my hometown called "Felpeyu" organized some time ago a nice tribute for two of their members lost in a car accident.
It's interesting that most people from that spanish northern region (Asturias) have some homesickness while hearing this kind of bagpipes. It has a lot of similarities with other music from celtic regions as Ireland, tha atlantic coast of France (Lorient specially)...
If you like celtic folk music you should definitely check also "LLan de Cubel" (The video shows some Asturian landscapes but... is a little bit chauvinist - including some incorrect facts about kings and historic kingdoms. Otherwise it's fine for the music).
