Introduction

Hi everyone it's @LivingUKTaiwan here with the weekend edition of the #TravelDigest. We start off our Pinmapple virtual tour today to a biosphere reserve in Cuba, then we visit two religious establishments, first a church in Montenegro then a temple in Thailand. Enjoy.

" After strolling through the community, we headed to the San Juan River, one of the highlights of the tour, especially for its refreshing waters and beautiful surroundings full of vegetation. To get to the river, we crossed an elevated bridge that took us to the shore, where families found their space to spend the rest of the day. There was no internet connection there, so I didn't see anyone around me looking at my cell phone. I was delighted to feel that everyone was only concerned with enjoying the moment."

🥈 Monastery Ostrog ☀️ by @suzana72

" It took about an hour and a half to get there. We arrived below the monastery by minibus to transfer to the monastery bus.... There were a lot of curves to the top, I heard that there is also a road through the forest... I asked a woman next to me and she confirmed that the road starts from the place where we transferred to the monastery bus. A little above the parking lot, through the courtyard of the small church....."

🥉 Northern Lanterns of Wat Lok Molee in Chiang Mai - Part III by @nomnomnoodle

" Around this time of the year, Chiang Mai is filled with these beautiful and colorful lanterns. I guess I could say that it's almost like the leaves turned brown in autumn. Obviously, Thailand doesn't have spring nor autumn, but this'll do. Today's post is gonna be about the last part of Chiang Mai day trip of my friend and I. After the foggy mountain - Part I and Pra Singha Temple - Part II,we still have a little time left for one more temple."
