@x-rainKoh Lipe is a four-square-kilometer island, a tiny piece of land in the Andaman Sea in the very south of Thailand famous for its white beaches and turquoise waters. It's not that internationally well-known as Phuket and Pattaya since the latter serve millions of foreign tourists and, as large spaces, are more suitable for travel agencies and their advertisement campaigns. However, Koh Lipe surpasses them in almost every way.

@macchiataMany of the Wats aren鈥檛 as extensive as in Thailand but it poses as unique architectural construction that are quite distinctive to its neighbor Thailand. In Laos, the most striking differences that you can see is that the color of the wat that are much closer to earthy tone instead a glittering gold color. From afar the Wat in Lao looks as if they鈥檙e made of wood but they aren鈥檛. The carvings and the buddha images are also different from the ones in Thailand. One of the differences not only lies in the position of the buddha but also the nose from the buddha that are sharper with a higher nose bridge than the buddha in Thailand or any other parts of SouthEast Asian. But before I am going to tour you around the temple, I am showing you part of the history and why this temple is a must visit.

@miljo76With its rich history, unique architecture, and magnificent views of the surrounding countryside, it is one of the most beautiful castles in Slovenia. Rihemberk Castle is situated on a hill above the village of Branik, in the western part of Slovenia, at the crossroads between the Vipava Valley and the Karst. It was built at the beginning of the 13th century as a defensive castle, as it was important for controlling the trade route between Friuli and Carniola Region at the time. Its first mention dates back to the year 1230, in connection with its original owners, the lords of Rihemberk, who also gave the castle its name. The castle area is also included in the Natura 2000 programme for its special features, but more on that later. The castle is also home to rare bat species.
