Hello everyone! This is @ybanezkim26 and I'll be presenting today's edition of #TravelDigest. In our featured posts, we have the best places to visit in Eastern Bali, Indonesia, the highest peak in Hong Kong, and a coast in Portugal. Enjoy!
East Bali has some of the most stunning, white sand beaches. Unlike the more popular beaches found in the Uluwatu area, these beaches are still quite private and far from being crowded. On the other hand, they are popular enough to offer services such as sunbeds, fresh coconuts and even local food (that is – if you’re not afraid of food poisoning which is always a risk if you choose to eat street food in Asia).

For a while, I stayed and studied the trails well. The summit is, of course, at the peak of the mountain. Thus, the trail must be going up so I thought of choosing the left one. However, for the first time, I got scared of it so I halted. The right trail was flat, yet there could be an ascending trail ahead. I thought of checking it first but I only saw concrete broken parts of something built there in the past. What could this be? It added to my thoughts while looking for the right trail.

Today we are going to Peniche and make a digital visit to an absolutely amazing place, in the best sense of the word! The city is surrounded by the Atlantic Ocean, located on a peninsula and is famous for its rocky coastline and amazing beaches, such as Praia do Baleal, Praia da Gamboa, Praia do Medão Grande and of course, Praia dos Supertubos. In recent years, the city of Nazaré has taken some of the prominence away from Peniche with regard to surfing, but even so, it remains an extremely important place for the practice of this sport and is always known for its majestic waves.
