Hang Rai is located south of the famous Vinh Hy Bay and about 35km from Phan Rang city of Ninh Thuan. The road here is very beautiful with mountains on one side and blue sea on the other. First of all let me introduce its name. Hang Rai means sea otters' cave. With a special terrain with many different rock shapes and blue sea, Hang Rai is gradually becoming a famous destination of tourist followers.
