馃 Through the White Opava Canyon, Czech Republic by pavelsku@pavelsku

Are you familiar with the Austrian "bear gorge" - B盲rensch眉tzklamm? Or the valleys in the Slovak Paradise - Such谩 Bel谩 or Ve木k媒 Sokol? And do you think we have something similar (albeit on a smaller scale) in the Czech Republic? We have! It is the canyon of B铆l谩 Opava. The B铆l谩 Opava River rises on the slopes of Prad臎d Mountain in the Jesen铆ky Mountains and flows through a picturesque (and sometimes adrenaline-filled) gorge between Prad臎d and Karlova Stud谩nka.

馃 Amari military cemetry, Estonia by grindle@grindle

I was so looking forward to visiting here, I was sucked in like Linda Lovelace on a deepthroating feeding frenzy. Now as I write this up, Like Linda's husband I feel cheated. "Atlas Obscura", and its contributors, not for the first time have got it wrong. I have done some research across .ee websites and am now more of a mindset that the myth that all these airmen are buried beneath these tail fins, is not strictly true. The airmen were from all over the Soviet Union, the remains were shipped back for internment in their respective home communities.

馃 Discovering the Sustainable Beauty of Malapascua, The Philippines by zanbarluado@zanbarluado

Remember the time when we were all excited for a brand new decade? We entered a new beginning when January 2020 came. I believe you also have your own planned travel goals with your family and friends. But all of those were delayed and put to hold when the community quarantine was imposed last March 2020, brought by the COVID-19 Pandemic. For my third blog, I will share my first out-of-town trip this 2021 since the start of lockdown. Cebu province is famous for its beautiful beaches and pristine islands. We went for an adventure in the northern part of Cebu.
