Hello everyone! This is @ybanezkim26 and I'll be presenting today's #TravelDigest in behalf of
@livinguktaiwan. In today's featured posts, we have an Olympic Park in Munich, Germany, a tour in Christchurch, New Zealand, and a trip to La Paz, Bolivia. It's a world tour! Enjoy!
After seeing the city centre and the English Garden, I needed to fuel up, so I went to get something to eat. Outside the English garden, there are a few good restaurants, most of which serve famous Bavarian cuisine, but I tried some delicious Turkish food. You might wonder why I didn't try any Bavarian cuisine, such as Wurst and Beer. Actually, neither Wurst nor Beer are my favourites. I am, after all, a party breaker :p. So my next destination was Olympiapark. It would be a pity to visit Munich without paying a visit to the Olympiapark. The architecture of the 1970s is stunning and mind-blowing.

It felt to me out of place. At the end of the street there's a park but again this just didn't seem like a park...or a square. It just felt....empty. perhaps the grey skies made a difference? I don't know.

So we started the ride, which took about four hours until we reached the border just a few kilometers south of Copacabana. The process at the border was a bit chaotic. First we got off the bus to change money, which we needed to pay the entry fee at the border. When everybody was back in the bus we drove for another few hundred meters before getting off again. This time we first walked to the immigration office on the Peruvian side to get our emigration stamps. Then we crossed the border by foot and headed to the immigration office on the Bolivian side to get our immigration stamps. The bus went through customs in the meantime.
