Hi everyone it's @LivingUKTaiwan here with today's edition of the #TravelDigest. We have three very different Top Pinmapple posts for you today. We'll start off with a camel ride in the Indian desert, moving next to a 14th century citadel in Romania and finally we'll take a walk along a Cambodian beach you'll find monks and casinos, not together I have to add. Don't forget to check out the rest of the awesome Honourable Mention posts as well. Enjoy.
" By the time we started our trekking to the camp where we were gonna spend the night, it was already afternoon. The sun was going down and the heat became a little less. Also nice for the camels but they honestly didn't seem to bother. The little one was happily roaming around, but made sure she stayed safely near the mom. When the distance became to big she would put a little run to come by."

" For us, visiting Făgăraș Citadel was not just one of the best things we could enjoy on a random day after the lockdown, but it also turned into a mix of emotions, while jumping from the discovery of the torture methods to the rooms where some of the most important princes lived, from staying just a few cm away from the weapons that were covered in blood many years ago, to the traditional clothes worn back then, from the last words written by many prisoners for their kids and wives, to the very rare items that are dating since the beginnings of the world, and so on."

" When I used to visit Sihanoukville the big stories were always about the Russian and Turkish mafia fighting for control of the underworld there, with a few drive-by shootings and assassinations occurring every year. Locals couldn't have imagined the Triads would be much more violently prolific than the Russian an Turkish mafias."
