Civil wars happen from time to time. Maybe its time for the people to step up their game? Sometimes bringing a pen to a knife fight is not enough, or maybe it's more than enough but once enough of the opressed people pick up arma and defend themselves instead of just begging their masters to do something about it. "Government" is never going to change unless it is forced to, either through wittiness, natural events, or simply showing them that "hey we got weapons too, back off or face retaliation".
