It usually happens to tambays here on my side. I also hate seeing cigarette butts outside my home. Aside from this issue, I am particular also of dogs not being trained by the owners. You know they are messing outside and they are even biting someone who felt like strangers to them, and then when the dog has already committed a mistake, the owner ignored it. I just hope that these people would realize the consequences.
