When the pandemic started, a Bell pepper greenhouse farm was developed in Bukidnon, Philippines. Since I have a connection whom I could contact in the area, I got the chance to enter the farm. This is owned by an Iranian investor and well-managed by a Filipino agriculturist.
As I was roaming around, I felt like I am in a magical place. I was really amazed how healthy and big those variants they are growing in the farm. I have never seen a huge variety until I had visited such impressive local area where bell peppers of different varieties were grown.
Have you heard about greenhouse farming? Greenhouse farming is an agricultural endeavor allowing farmers to grow a variety of crops in climates that may seem to be an inhospitable landscape.
The use of greenhouses in local farming is an innovation from open-field farm while taking the advantage of the sunlight all throughout the year in the country without getting affected by uncontrollable weather conditions such as rain, typhoons, and humidity. This technology also ensures that best quality products are exported in the market.
Seeing the view, I felt like I want to pick some fresh bell peppers and I want to bring it at home. I so love to eat fresh bell peppers and I do love them when they are used as toppings in my all time favorite pizza.
Tada! I was able to pick one and I was able to bring it at home. It was really so huge.
And so, I went home with a big smile.
Thank you for your time and attention. I hope to see you on my next content.
Much Love,
