Muy buenas a todos y un cordial saludo amigos y amigas de SWC, soy Luis Romero @pimoswo, formo parte de la comunidad de Streetworkout en la cadena de bloques hive. El día de hoy les traigo un poco de como hago mi activación muscular con la liga que adquirí hace unos días, la verdad me la habían recomendado muchísimo para utilizarla en mis entrenamientos y calentamientos, ya la tengo conmigo y acá les traigo como la utilizo antes de entrenar. 💪🏽

Éste video es algo tranquilo, para verlo y disfrutar, también pueden usarlo de guía si no saben cómo hacer una activación muscular con este instrumento. De verdad me dí cuenta utilizandola del por qué la recomiendan tanto, es un instrumento sencillo pero que nos ayuda muchísimo por lo menos a los atletas de Streetworkout a mejorar y conseguir nuestros estaticos. This video is something quiet, to watch and enjoy, you can also use it as a guide if you do not know how to make a muscle activation with this instrument. I really realized using it why they recommend it so much, it is a simple tool but that helps us a lot at least Streetworkout athletes to improve and get our statics.
