En este video debo contarles que el día de la exhibición en kiki beach club los atletas contábamos con fisioterapeuta dónde decidí explicarle la situación de mi hombro al licenciado. Empieza a evaluarme y empieza por el brazo y pectoral izquierdo, seguidamente se dirige hacia el lado derecho y inmediatamente me dice que está parte derecha está demasiado tensa. Después de evaluarme un rato me dice que en efecto debido al golpe desde el pectoral hasta el antebrazo está contracturado... Después de la exhibición inmediatamente le escribí al fisioterapeuta que me ve de vez en cuando ya que tenía mucho tiempo sin verme y me realizar una evaluación y bueno, actualmente empecé tratamiento ya que debo mejorar muchas cosas. Sin más nada que decir empezamos. ❤️‍🩹
